About Us

Our Civic Center

The civic association was established in 1971 as a social club with a goal to improve and support the Sea Ranch neighborhood through volunteer work by its members. Since its inception, the members have been able to improve our streets and sidewalks. Anyone is welcome to organize community events such as educational and craft parties at the civic center. Help solve neighborhood problems by speaking as a group to the local government. We welcome everyone to join the club. It is open to the public and there is no requirement to belong. You will find a warm group always willing to offer a hand and a smile.

We are not a Home Owner Association. NO Estoppel is necessary.
